Homecoming parade highlights Minooka’s best

Spanish National Honor Society walked the parade holding a banner and dressed to represent their part of MCHS. “Everyone involved in the group is awesome, and I hope people watching became interested in what we do as a club,” Caitlyn Kranz, junior, said.

The sounds of instruments being played, the cheers of the vast crowd, and the promise of candy brought children and their parents to the annual MCHS Homecoming Parade.

The parade was held on Friday, Sept. 30, starting at 4:30 pm. Each club and sport at MCHS had an opportunity to build a float and enter it in a contest.
